1. An apparatus for determining a connection failure of an image input device, comprising:
a network connection detection unit configured to detect a network connection between at least one image input device for providing predetermined images and enabling a network connection, and a network video record (NVR) system;
wherein the network connection detection unit detects the network connection depending on whether socket information about an internet communication protocol that is received based on the network connection is received;
a timer configured to generate signals at regular time intervals in response to clock pulses;
a time delay measurement unit configured to measure a time delay based on the signals of the timer if the network connection is not detected;
a connection failure determination unit configured to determine that a connection failure has occurred if the time delay is equal to or longer than a preset threshold value; and
a video output detection unit configured to detect a connection of the image input device with video output, wherein the time delay measurement unit measures the time delay based on the signals of the timer if the connection with the video output is not detected.

wherein the central protrusion pipe portion (32) of the diaphragm has a closed front face, and a side wall portion with one or more fluid flow holes (35) formed laterally in the side wall portion thereof,
wherein the pressure supporter (4) has a plurality of drain holes (45) and the fixing cap (5) has a plurality of second drain holes (51), so that a fluid is drained through the fluid flow holes (35) formed at the side wall portion of the diaphragm (3) when a compressible air flows or when a fluid flows at pressure lower than a set pressure and is automatically shut off when the inner switching face portion (33) of the diaphragm (3) abuts against a fluid stop protrusion (44) of the pressure supporter (4) when a fluid flows at pressure higher than the set pressure.

wherein the tension-maintaining member is arc-shaped and formed of elastic synthetic resin materials, the tension-maintaining member having a lower end portion abutting continuously against and unitarily joined to an upper end edge of the support member, an interim portion, and an upper end portion defining a terminal end of the tension-maintaining member, the interim portion and the upper end portion extending freely upwardly to a predetermined length from the upper end edge of the support member,
wherein the heel counter support is separately formed from the upper, the sole, and the heel counter, and configured to be coupled to the heel counter of the shoe to support the heel of the wearer from the rear side of the heel, wherein the upper end portion of the tension-maintaining member is elastically bendable to flex in a forward direction to facilitate an introduction of a foot of the wearer into an inner space of the shoe while the support member formed of hard synthetic resin materials and coupled to the heel counter maintains original shape of the supporter member, and the upper end portion of the tension-maintaining member restores original shape of the upper end portion of the tension-maintaining member extending upwardly from the support member after the foot is received in the shoe as the tension-maintaining member is formed of elastic synthetic materials.
