A cable having reduced tangle ability, the cable comprising: a metal core for transmitting an electrical signal; an insulating coating surrounding the metal core, the insulating coating having flexibility; and an elastic coating layer surrounding the insulating coating, the elastic coating layer having flexibility and elasticity, wherein the elastic coating layer is formed from a liquid polymer in which powder is mixed, and the liquid polymer is cured to form the elastic coating layer surrounding the insulating coating, wherein the elastic coating layer has a frictional coefficient less than that of the insulating coating, and a hydrophobic property greater than that of the insulating coating.
